yes that could be a problem. I had similar problems generating pdf reports and sending them directly to the outputstream. but that has nothing to do with WW anyway. some reports worked some others not. the problem was only with IE users... I also had the problems WITHOUT specifying a gzip filter but after I INSTALLED a GZIP filter and EXCLUDED all report-specific actions from being compressed the problems seem to be gone... very strange thing at all.
