Thanks for getting back to me.

Unfortunately I have already "Deleted" the client and rediscovered 
several times.  I have tried 2 different thin clients and different 
naming of the newly discovered PXE.  The discovery and setup appears to 
be flawless and mirrors the working thin clients.  I should have 
mentioned that in the original post.

I'm stunned all the other original machines are working/receiving the 
image perfectly.

Any other suggestions?
