So I am trying to get started with OTC, and from what I see so far its
really great. My issue is, when I assign an application to a user I
created, it doesn't appear for that user.
If I assign an app to the built in administrator account it shows up fine.
If I assign an app to the client itself it also works fine.
I am using the virtual machine install....
Any ideas?
