Make sure that you are typing in the user name correctly, it is case sensitive. What happened to me is when I created a user “taras” (for example) and logged in as “TARAS” (OTC would let you in, not sure if this is a bug or not) I would not see any applications assigned to that user…but when I log in as “taras” (all lower case) I would see applications...

My issue is, when I assign an application to a user I created, it doesn't appear for that user. If I assign an app to the built in administrator account it shows up fine. If I assign an app to the client itself it also works fine. I am using the virtual machine install.... Any ideas? Mike
