I have the manager application on one of my servers, I am currently logged in
as local administrator. Whenever I right-click one of the options on the realm,
I only get the refresh option, I do not get any of the add, edit or properties,
etc. I would like to start seeing what changes I could make to the realm,
devices, etc. Can anyone help me with this issue?

I recently took this over from a previous colleague who is no longer with us so
I know little to nothing about the application. I have looked over the
overview, getting started, and most of the links on the website. My overall
goal is to increase the speed at which the PXE is acting within the OS after
the login screen.
