try running apt-get install gnome-terminal from the client and you'll find it
in /home/tcos/bin
use the file manager to find the executable which will be named gnome-terminal
from OTC wiki you should open the terminal by CTRL+SHIFT+X or CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+X,
but none of the combinations are working.
