HI Yes if there are not drivers somebody has to do the porting.
On the new 2.6.28, I there are many s3c2410 related hardware (ipaq's etc) is now supported in vanilla, I hoped that at least minimal hardware like LCD and some UARTs should work from latest vanilla, that's hardware that at the times of 2.6.13 needed driver and there was enough time for someone to port them and fix bugs That's my hope but so far not much success, when I have compiled 2.6.28 with debian eabi gcc 4.3 it did not boot. I can try to reconfigure it and compile again with old abi and reconfigure a bit just to get console on LCD Have you tried something like that with vanilla kernels kernel for tomtom?
