you missed the 3 following steps!

this is the order how to get a different libmicrohttpd installed
to build GSA agisnt this and install the new GSA build with
correct deps

this IS the dev-host, but this does not change the fact that
i am surely do not any build/install without RPM packages
because only RPM-packages are making sure that there are
no artefacts from bugs / previous builds

this host is used for build/rebuild/debug/test packages AND
put all which was tested OK in my own yum-repo, all other
hosts are using ONLY this yum-repo (menas the buildserver
has ANY in the company used package installed, is pulling
updates and there are test-envirnoments to push them in
production)

i had also tested with 0.9.15
