Hi All...

I'd like to ask some simple questions if I could...

I've been trying to get a Debian Wheezy dedicated system up and running
with the v5 source tree install. I've been running into several problems
related to SSL in both the scanner and gsad. I'm pretty sure the issue
is with gnutls and associated libraries. The scanner is not able to
properly check SSL ciphers, and gsad will not except an SSL connection.
It just hangs off in space never replying. My question is this:

How can I get useful information back to the developers so I can run and
maintain a stable version of OpenVAS? I'm not a coder, I'm an
Administrator. I know how to compile code, but I'm not really able to
submit any useful patches.

Current testing shows that all SSL tests are inaccurate. I think the
primary reason is the latest versions of gnutls in most distributions
has gotten all of the SSLv2 stuff stripped out of it.

Any direction here would be greatly appreciated.

Stu
