AFAIK other software like systemd is using libmicrohttpd
even in the init-system and it works with the version
the distribution ships - so guess who has to make a
workaround if it is needed and IT IS needed because
you can impossible downgrade libmicrohttpd on any
recent system using systemd instead sysvinit
