Release notes say:Tasks: New class "Alterable Task" allows to change Target and Scan Config even if there are already reports for this task. This allows to have a playground task not designed to grant consistency between its reports.
But unfortunately scan configs cannot be altered even they are used only by alterable tasks. Only scan configs within tasks can be altered, but that's not a real solution. Could you please also make scan configs alterable.
