Hi, I am planning to install OpenVAS. I want to know which flavor of Linux is most suitable for installing OpenVAS. What are the software requirements and hardware requirements.
Also, Could you explain the differences in the three types of install sets mentioned in the link (http://www.openvas.org/download.html) . I need step by step instruction on installing OpenVAS using binary packages and source packages.
