It uses local sendmail, so just configure postfix..

I've been looking at the documentation that is located here,

Unfortunately I have not been able to find any solid instruction on how to
configure the mail server portion within OpenVAS 8. I'm currently running the
application on an Ubuntu 14.04 server. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
