just want to let you know that the NVT was updated accordingly: https://lists.wald.intevation.org/pipermail/openvas-nvts-commits/2016-September/004043.html and should be in the feed with the next feed update. If you specify that mentioned directory as a cgi dir in your scan config PHP should be detected correctly.
