sqlite3_errmsg instead of sqlite3_errstr to keep compatibility with
older libsqlite versions in the following commit

when atomic is running a repo for RHEL6 they need to make sure that teir packages are running on RHEL6 and pull needed dependencies and if they don't exist at all then their build system is fucked up as well as their QA is proven not existent

they manage even build openvas-packages which are not comatible to each other because of missing symbols and nonody knows why they have a testing repo when such broken stuff makes it to the stable one
