in my previous mail i but forgot to mention that you need to do a
restart of the scanner and a rebuild of the manager to get the NASL
changes "live".

i don't recommend to use the current trunk on a productive environment.
The mentioned issue is also fixed in the current openvas-scanner-5.1
branch with the following commit:

so you can still run the latest stable OpenVAS 9 releases with that
patch applied until an official release with the patch included was done.
