Thats why i prefer to set the preference to "No" by default. I have little desire to disable a single plugin every time. ;) I don't need a log_message() for every Port. In particular, because there is already a NVT which report all open TCP-Ports (secpod_open_tcp_ports.nasl). But hey...this is only my personal opinion. Others may see it differently. > Any hint on how to collect any not-yet-reported port? ;-) What ports are not recognized? From what port scanner? I have seen your comments about e.g. pnscan in your NVT. (# pnscan does not report open ports to the knowledgebase) AFAICS you're wrong. ,---| | m...@kira:~ % sudo /opt/openvas/bin/openvas-nasl -X -t 192.168.2.20 | /opt/openvas/lib/openvas/plugins/pnscan.nasl | | [8977] plug_set_key:internal_send(0)['3 Ports/tcp/53=1; | ']: Socket operation on non-socket | [8977] plug_set_key:internal_send(0)['3 Ports/tcp/80=1; | ']: Socket operation on non-socket | [8977] plug_set_key:internal_send(0)['3 Ports/tcp/111=1; | ']: Socket operation on non-socket | [8977] plug_set_key:internal_send(0)['3 Ports/tcp/22=1; | [...] `---| I have also tested this with a regular scan.
