IC. I start from "empty" scan configs, so my mileage varies. I'll add
the preference option.

Reported! If you eg. run nmap without service detection, no port will be
reported at all, you'll get a empty report. I just wanted to get all
open ports in my reports if no script else added a report entry. If
there is another solution that for, I'm happy to use that.

secpod_open_tcp_ports.nasl only reports TCP ports, no UDP.

This comment is misleading: only nmap and amap put some "tag" into the
knowledge base which allows to see, they added a report entry.
