(I'm the primary developer of Tunnelblick, the OS X GUI for OpenVPN, having
taken over from Angelo Laub.)

Can someone make sure the release notes get updated when a release is made?

It's hard to decide whether/when to include a new version of OpenVPN into
Tunnelblick without knowing what is in the new version!

For example, the current download page at

http://openvpn.net/index.php/open-source/downloads.html

links to the release notes for 2.1.3 at

http://openvpn.net/index.php/open-source/documentation/change-log/71-21-change-log.html

but the release notes do not describe the changes from 2.1.2 to 2.1.3. I
emailed openvpn-devel to find out, and David Sommerseth gave a very clear
reply, but I shouldn't keep posting to the entire the list to find out
what's in each release.

Thanks.
