What I wrote is simple.
In order to push a project in coherent direction, a proper design
discussion stage
should be done.
The roadmap of the project especially at the Windows platform should be reviewed
as a whole and not feature by feature (commit-by-commit) based.
If after proper discussion the above solution will be accepted - well,
that's great.

Without proper threat assessment, usability assessment, resource assessment,
there will be difficult to provide a solution and prioritize it.
