Currently working to prepare a fix for an issue found with OpenVPN
interactive service on Windows.
Then we'll prepare a 2.7rc3.

The same issue found for Windows also needs a new 2.6 release.
Also with release 2.6.16 compatibility with Windows 7 was
accidentally broken and this will be fixed.

mattock asked where to put the t_server stack as it is currently on
ordex's open source fund funded AWS account but funds might dry up
there.
Discussed option to move it to OpenVPN Inc. funded AWS community
account. Will explore this option.
Needs to be picked up by either djpig or uddr.
