Posted to the forum but that takes some time :-)
 
I`m somewhat newbie so forgive me beforehand...
 
When I compare your server config with mine then I don`t see a route to the 
tunnel wich in my config is present.
push "route 10.9.8.0 255.255.255.0" (for your case)
 
But maybe that is too simple :)
