this really depends on your network config. If you’re using a bridge-t config, I assume you’ve a bridge interface too. Does the interface have any IP address? 192.168.8.254 is the router/gateway, not the openvpn server, right? Do you push any routes to clients (including defgw)? What could be the problem?
