If at all possible see if you can add ipv6 on the server and then
see if you can use ipv6 on the various client sites with the
problems. That should avoid the NAT problems. The use of IPv6
SHOULD not have a mandatory extra charge as it is NORMAL internet
access.
Provided that the ISP does not also charge extra for IPV6.
If so, tunnelbroker.net can work reasonably okay.
