As far as I understand, 2.6.2 .deb for focal should also be compiled
"with DCO enabled" now.

This came with a bit of discussion as they used to be built with
--enable-iproute2, which is incompatible with DCO - but some users
might actually miss the flexibility of specifying an arbitrary "ip" 
binary (to do something special for their setups).

Well, we decided DCO and SITNL is the future, and who needs otherwise
needs to build their own packages now (or use --ifconfig-noexec and
do whatever is needed from an --up script).
