Yeah there is definitely something wrong with dco driver behavior on that Windows machine. Looks like some TCP packets (running over UDP tunnel) got lost?
There is more we could do to look into it, but I need some time to prepare necessary steps. Meanwhile it would be nice to test from a different Windows machine.
