Solution: On that machine we had an installation of FortiEDR version
5.0.3.508 (formerly known as EnSilo). Once we removed that, speeds
were back to normal.

We then reinstalled a more recent version (5.2.0.454) and we were
still able to connect with the proper bandwidths.
