Well, your log file leaves room for improvement, like "where is it
connecting to, and on which port?" so you can verify DNS is still
returning the correct info. Also, you might be in a wifi network
that has a firewall... or your LTE provider added firewalling, or
the Chinese Censorship Office blocked your server.
