Hi Gurkan...

I would like to suggest rephrasing this " !OpenWebBeans will be an
ASL-licensed implementation of the JSR-299"
to " !OpenWebBeans is an ASL-licensed implementation of the JSR-299"
IMO this is more accurate and more definitive and more attractive to
new contributers and committers.
