This seems a different case than #5.  Wouldn't this be more
representative of the spirit of #5?

<concurrent count="1">
   <participant ref="reviewer-b" />
   <participant ref="reviewer-c" />
</concurrent>

Just trying to find a generic way to generate those patterns from a
BPMN graph...
