Hi Dave

I'll get cracking on this, I realize ruote-amqp is very important to our
users (and myself as well). Please watch the repo, I'll be pushing a
ruote2.1 branch up to github and making it the default.

As you test, please give us rapid feedback so we can address any issues. I
won't be taking this code into production just yet, my upgrade from 0.9 to
2.1 is scheduled for late Feb/early March.
