Seems to be a problem with JRuby :-?

Did some tests (all on Ubuntu Karmic Koala) and came to the same
conclusion: There's an issue with JRuby.

Latest REE is working fine.

JRuby 1.4.0 starts the rack, but there's a java exception:

Yes, I get exactly the same exception.

I ignored it because in java world exceptions (ironic, true?) are so common that the rule is "if it runs the exception was /recoverable/"
