I remember you asked this before, some time ago we discussed the 
possibility of allowing the agent to have multiple URLs set

Arthur wrote some draft code but 
<https://github.com/openwisp/openwisp-config/pull/49> we didn't go ahead on 
it, mainly because my lack of time and different priorities but if you want 
to help out to test it / give feedback / improve it you're welcome to do so.

An alternative could be using anycast routing but I'm no expert with that 
and I can't offer any suggestion on whether it's really feasible/doable and 
how to do it.
