In the "Configuration" tab of the device, there's the list of templates with checkboxes to check/uncheck, reorder via drag and drop as described in the documentation page dedicated to Templates <https://openwisp.io/docs/user/templates.html#template-ordering-and-override>, which I suggest you read fully if you haven't already.
