Applied in r26704
I heard that 2.6.35 has been chosen as a “flag” version for embedded
use: http://lwn.net/Articles/413341/
Does OpenWRT developers care or not?
I don't have much opinion about this, but maybe it would be nicer to
keep it around in case anyone want to base its work on it.
I don't think any of the OpenWrt devs care - and I don't really see the
point in keeping old kernels around just because somebody somewhere
still calls them maintained.
I think it's better for us to keep up with what's happening in Linux
upstream development instead of spending more time on the old stuff.
The kinds of integration work and testing that the organizations
involved in this do is unlikely to be of much use for us, given that
their focus is on different kinds of devices than the ones we work on.
