If I understand the datasheet correctly:
- iNIC is short for 'intelligent NIC'
- This is supposed to be used to upgrade existing designs that have a
  MII-interface, but no wireless.
- You'll need to set the right bootstrap pin pullups/pulldowns to
  activate it.
