I assume it will. But how useful it is depends on the board layout. My primary motivation was the RGMII connected Quantenna module, requiring access to the second GMAC. Maybe you'd want to test the driver with the multi-cpu-port DSA patches? Just copy them too from the mediatek target and start playing, using parts of target/linux/mediatek/patches-4.14/0064-dts.patch as an example on how to add the second gmac as a second cpu port.
