The mediatek/mt7623 is not compiling any more after this change.

Applying /builder/shared-workdir/build/target/linux/mediatek/patches-5.4/0602-net-dsa-mt7530-use-resolved-link-config-in-mac_link_.patch using plaintext:
patching file drivers/net/dsa/mt7530.c

Hunk #5 FAILED at 1403.
Hunk #6 succeeded at 1441 (offset 8 lines).
Hunk #7 succeeded at 1452 (offset 8 lines).
