Do we need to maintain 5.4 mt7530 on master for 21.02? I haven't
really looked at backporting 5.10+ changes to 5.4 and focused more on
5.10 patch upstreaming and cleanup in my efforts. If not, the easiest
thing is probably to just leave 5.4 alone.

I am fine with reverting this change for 5.4 and only keep it for 5.10
which compiles fine.
