 That's just 0xFFFFFFFF in decimal, so-called global PDH. I should document
 it somewhere, or better yet, make uqmi use it automatically with stop-
 network and autoconnect. Autoconnect seems to be stored in NVRAM, so it
 stays enabled even if modem is unplugged.
