I have TL-WR703N connected to wired network with IPv4/IPv6 dual stack.
There is no DHCPv6 server in the network. WAN interface gets a /64 public
IPv6 address, however on LAN side, there is only ULA prefix announced.
Restarting odhcpd service fixes the problem, LAN interface gets the same
address as WAN and RA relaying starts to work as expected.
