#16836: no way to add search domains to resolv.conf (without using dnsmasq)

In the network where my OpenWRT router lives, the network provides it's
own DHCP and DNS services so the OpenWRT router does not need to.
Accordingly I removed those packages as they are unnecessary waste of
 resources.

There does not seem, however, to be a way to configure the domain search
suffixes in /etc/resolv.conf when you configure the router's lan interface
 with a static IP.
