Yeah. On the Tp-Link Archer C7 V2, 'art' is on the mtd4 anyways:
mtd0: 00020000 00010000 "u-boot"
mtd1: 0010c448 00010000 "kernel"

mtd3: 00cf0000 00010000 "rootfs_data"
mtd4: 00010000 00010000 "art"
