Multiple problems on a clean flash of RC3 for TLWR710N.
WiFi Scan for available channels fails. 'Edit' an existing AP
interface produces a spurious empty additional entry.
May be just Luci or may be network config related.
RC2 seems to be working fine after installing Luci.
