OK, I have since abandoned RC3 but the Scan problem seems confirmed in
ticket 17485.
I do not recall every click, but definitely an extra entry on the Luci
WiFi channel/AP list occurred more than once when edit/add/removing ap
interface/s to try to use scan to add a STA channel/interface. The entry
could be removed. If Luci has not changed then the only config file change
I noticed was in /etc/uhttpd with a "/ubus" line unlike RC2 which had that
commented and a uci.default config file containing "/ubus" (?).
