If IPV6 lease is active and in the the odhcp table then mac<->ip address
binding (aka reservations on routers) fail and you get randomly (well
dnsmasq's algorithm) assigned DHCP IP addresses instead of the address you
have configured in what is a /etc/config/dhcp 'config host' section.
