 miss interpretation?

Everything that I have seen suggests that qos-scripts is getting things
right. The wiki documentation states kbit/s, the luci configuration
interfaces states kbit/s and the values that I put into /etc/config/qos
translate to a speed that matches the number of kbit/s set. for download
my setting is 7000kbit/s and that translates to a download speed of
between 6 and 6.5 mbit/s which is consistent with what my ADSL line will
provide when taking ADSL/packet overhead into account.
