#17836: WDR3600 packet loss on devices connected via wifi

Hi all.
I am currently have OpenWrt Chaos Calmer r42455 running on my TP-Link TL-
WDR3600. Every device on the network that is connected to the router via
wifi is experiencing ~3% packet loss.
This also happens on Breaking Barrier RC1 and RC3.
I saw a similar issue and here is what was requested on that ticket.
