#18026: pppoe auto reconnect does not work

 after executing /etc/init.d/network reload
 the pppd process starting for few seconds and then die/killed and never
 executed again.
 When the device is booting or when i click the manual connect button (i
 have to wait few seconds or everything is the same) the pppd process get
 started and everything works.

 Its also happen when the wan interface went down.


 The log of the problem:
