Those error's are not a result of low memory, it simply can't find the
uhttpd files which are required for luci to host the web interface.
There may be a dependency issue so try "opkg update && opkg install
uhttpd", then reinstall luci. You may also need luci-ssl, I need to
manually install it every time after installing luci.
Also, when reinstalling new firmware I have always used "mtd -r write
openwrt-ar71xx-generic-tl-wr703n-v1-squashfs-factory.bin firmware", that
may not be the best way but it works for me everytime.
Also try the command "firstboot". It's supposed to restore your original
configuration as if you just fresh installed openwrt.
